Applications

 

  • The 2012 USF Scholarship Application will be made available on January 4, 2012 and can be obtained from any USF Board Member or you can request an application by contacting us at info@unitscholarshipfund.org. The deadline for submitting your application, for the 2012-2013 academic year, is Wednesday, March 7, 2012. Any applications or documentation postmarked after that date will be ineligible.

      • Veteran Unit Member

    • Accepted/Attending an Accredited:

      • University (Graduate, Undergraduate Program)
      • College (Graduate, Undergraduate Program)
      • Trade School
      • Technical School
      • Vocational School

    Scholarship Evaluation Criteria:

    • Merit Based:

      • SAT/ACT/GRE Scores
      • High School Class Ranking
      • Overall Grade Point Average
      • Athletics
      • Extra Curricular School Activities
      • Community Service
      • Outside Employment
      • Essay

    Annual USF Scholarship Applications are available on the first Wednesday in January, through the first Wednesday in March.
