If you are a Member of the Department of Defense we can make your donation to the USF a truly easy one. Contact us at info@unitscholarshipfund.org and we will e-mail you a prepared allotment form (DD Form 2558,) just add your personal information and take the completed allotment form to your Finance Office for processing.
