The USF is an all-volunteer, non-profit, tax-exempt 501 (c)(3) organization, and has been awarded the Independent Charities of America Seal of Excellence for 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. We receive no financial assistance from the United States Army. Over 98% of our fundraising goes directly towards the undergraduate/graduate school educational needs of our Family Members.
